Appearance: Forbes has always used his looks to his advantage. From a young age he was constantly complimented on his handsome features. Standing at 6'1" his brown hair and eyes compliment his perfectly symetrical face. Despite his naturally athletic build he is driven by his vanity and the need to always better himself.
History:On October 15, 1975 Forbes Valmont was born. For the most part he had a pretty normal childhood growing up, that is unless you take into consideration the fact that before he was 11 he had lived in five different countries and most of the seven continents. You see he was a military brat. His father, Kevin Valmont, was in the army until 1988 when he was discharged after a messy divorce which revealed that he was in fact…gay. He moved to The Bronx with his mother. Despite the rough and tumble environment Forbes seemed to cope rather well. Early on he learned the power of words and persuasion, which got him out of trouble many times. His mother never really recovered from her failed marriage and ended turned to alcohol. Being deemed an unfit mother he was put into the custody of his father. It was difficult adjusting to the fact that his father lived with another man. And even mores so that he acquired two step siblings, Brooklyn & Luke (who he loves to torment). At first he did not want to accept his new alternative situation, but but eventually he grew tired of the taunts and hushed whispers from his peers, one day Forbes grew violently angry and attacked two boys who called his dad a 'leather queen'. After that it was never an issue for him.
After high school he went on to NYU where he got his degree in Business Management with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. He got an internship with a major ad firm in Manhattan starting him off on his career. During his internship he met a girl, Emmaline Asher, who was also just starting herself. She was part of a study abroad program herself learning U.S. legal system for the law firm Towers and Myers, who were located in the same building. He was smitten from the beginning and after a few dates that didn't exactly go as planned (picnics in central park during thunderstorms, being arrested for "solicitation" after agreeing to meet up at a corner bar, a night at the emergency room after to much chocolate cake, etc.). However this only served to bring them closer. It was almost an exact depiction of a chick flick. Things seemed to be going great for them and they only were getting better. Shortly after he received a promotion and a proposal from a competing firm to become partner, which he accepted. And that is when everything with her went wrong. Work became the priority. In his eagerness to climb the corporate ladder he let go of the one thing in his life that he had ever been certain of. When he finally realized the mistake he had made, it was too late. She was gone. This experience left Forbes jaded, immersing himself entirely in his job. He was determined to forget his love lost and he didn't care what he had to do to accomplish this. His new found false confidence has branded him as a bit of a heart breaker around the town.
